Susan was an absolute angel the whole time. I stumbled upon her by chance while looking at homes and she helped us find exactly what we were looking for, down to the south facing back yard. When nobody was talking to one another (the builder, the other realtor, the lender), she was contacting everybody to get the information we needed. The lender we went with (TAKE HER ADVICE ON LENDERS!!) called me the day before closing to say we couldn't do close because of two *minor* issues. Both of these had been addressed during the final walkthrough and they gave us an exact time when it would be done). Normally, I could have made my own argument but my grandpa had died 18 hours prior and I couldn't. She listened to me bawl on the phone and said she would fix it. 45 minutes later, I got a text from her saying, "It's fixed. See you tomorrow!"
